1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using SSLPay Gateway ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App connects your CRM sub-account to SSLCommerz as a Custom Payment Provider, enabling checkout, refunds, and subscription billing through SSLCommerz. The App is provided "as is", without warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the SSLCommerz credentials you provide, for complying with SSLCommerz's merchant terms, and for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable payment processing, tax, and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by SSLCommerz, a third-party payment gateway. We are not a party to the underlying transaction between you and your customers and are not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, or settlement delays caused by SSLCommerz.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
6. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time from your CRM's app marketplace. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any account found to be in violation of these Terms.
